Sales Policy
New Accounts: All new customer accounts are to fill out a New Customer Information Form and be approved by management before the account is set up to purchase material from Page Fence Supply. Account may be revoked at anytime by Page Fence Supply Management.
Prices: All prices listed are F.O.B. Chesterfield, MO. unless otherwise indicated or agreed upon with Page Fence Supply Management.
Payment Terms: All new accounts will be required to pre-pay until payment terms are established with Page Fence Supply. All companies seeking to establish a line of credit will be requested to fill out a “Reseller Credit Application” and will be required to furnish credit information and references. Established accounts purchasing standard inventoried product will be given credit terms of 1% -10days, Net 30 Days from date of shipment or will-call from our warehouse. Credit terms may be revoked at any time regardless of account status.
Past Due: All past due balances will be charged 1.5% monthly service charge. Discounts will not apply to any past due balances. If collection proceedings are required, reasonable collection fees, attorney’s fees and court cost will be charged and collected. Past due accounts payment terms may be revoked at any time.

Return Policy
Shortage Claims: If loss in shipment is found when receiving material from carrier, the customer should note it on the Bill of Lading when product is received. Note should include quantity and description of product. A communication should be made to Page Fence Supply as soon as possible so shortage can be verified and replaced promptly.
Damage Claims: If damage in shipment is found when receiving material from carrier, the customer should note it on the Bill of Lading when product is received. Note should include quantity and description of product. A communication should be made to Page Fence Supply as soon as possible so damage can be verified.
Return Policy: No material is to be returned without prior notification to and authorization from Page Fence Supply. Prior to returning any materials, a “Return Merchandise Authorization Form” provided by Page Fence Supply must be completed and delivered to Page Fence Supply within 30 days of receipt of materials. Once return authorization is granted, the customer is responsible for return freight, or assumes the risk of loss or damage in transit. All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking charge based on actual re-salable conditions verified by Page Fence Supply after Receiving Inspections.
Replacement Policy: All products supplied by Page Fence Supply are made of high quality materials. If any defects are found within products, which have resulted from the manufacturing process or design, Page Fence Supply will gladly replace or provide credit for those defective items. To submit a claim for defective product within its warranty period please complete a “Return Merchandise Authorization Form” and submit to Page Fence Supply along with the original sales receipt. Page Fence Supply will verify the claim and provide a credit, replacement from its stock or bring in replacement from the original manufacturer.
Limited Liability: Page Fence Supply or its Associates make no representation that the product supplied is fit for a particular purpose and is not liable or responsible for costs or damages incurred as a result of loss of revenue or profit, loss of time/data, or faulty installation. All parties shall hold Page Fence Supply harmless from all costs and loss of use from these products. In no circumstances, will our liability for any damages exceed the actual purchase cost of the products.
