| How to Place an Order for Prairie Fence |
ORDERS: Orders may be placed by phone, fax or e-mail.
- By Phone: Contact our friendly sales associates at 636-532-3466 Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. Central Standard Time.
- By Fax: Fax a completed order form to 800-866-1094 any time, with part numbers, descriptions and any additional specifications, requirements or information.
ORDER CONFIRMATIONS: Order Confirmations will be faxed or e-mailed to customers within 12 hours, detailing the order quantity and total cost. If any errors are found, regarding style, height, quantity etc., customer must notify Page Fence Supply within 48 Hours.
DELIVERY: Upon receipt of your Order Confirmation with a requested delivery or pick-up date, Page Fence Supply will process the order and offer an estimated delivery date within 24 hours of receiving confirmation. The actual delivery time will be offered the day before shipping. We will do our best to supply you with your requested delivery time.
WILL CALL: Will call orders may be picked up after confirmation with Page Fence Supply.
NOTE: Customer purchase orders are welcome and must include Page Fence Supply part numbers and description, along with relevant detailed information such as a requested pick-up or delivery date and time.
